§ 56-451. Foundations, walls and roof.

Every foundation, exterior wall, roof and all other exterior surfaces shall be maintained in an approved state of maintenance and all exterior surface material must be protected against weathering and must be kept in repair. The foundation elements shall adequately support the building at all points.
