§ 56-435. Storage of wrecked or unlicensed motor vehicles.

Except where permitted by the terms of another law or ordinance, not more than two wrecked or unlicensed motor vehicles shall be stored in the open on any nonresidential property. No such vehicle shall at any time be in any state of major disassembly or disrepair, nor shall it be in the process of being repaired, stripped or dismantled, except in an automobile establishment. Emergency repairs to any currently licensed vehicle shall be permitted in order to permit such vehicle to be removed from the premises.
