§ 56-375. Penalty for violation of article II, division 7.
Latest version.
It shall be a violation of this code to fail to register or re-register any rental
dwelling regulated by article II, division 7, to fail or refuse, upon proper request,
to provide full and correct information specified by this article, and to be in violation
of any provision of article II, division 7 or the rules and regulations adopted hereunder.
Registration requirements shall not preclude the city from taking appropriate actions
to secure the property; or to issue notices of violation or notices to abate; or from
acting upon imminent hazard(s). Penalties for violation of article II, division 7
shall be imposed as administrative citation fines according to the following schedule:
