§ 56-367. Appeal.

(a)

Suspension of a certificate of compliance may be appealed to the property maintenance appeals board, as provided for in this chapter.

(b)

The decision of the department on the term of the certificate of compliance under section 56-362 of this article may be appealed to the property maintenance appeals board, as provided for in this chapter.
