§ 56-344. Effect of failure to appeal.

  • Failure of a person entitled to appeal under this code, either to make appeal or to timely file his appeal, shall constitute a waiver of his right to an administrative hearing and adjudication of his complaint, and such person shall be estopped to deny the validity of any order or action of the director which could have been timely appealed.
