§ 56-341. Right of appeal.

Any person entitled to be served with a notice and order under section 56-286 shall have the right to appeal in writing to the property maintenance appeals board from any order or action of the director taken in the enforcement of this code. An appeal shall be in such form and shall contain such information as the board may by regulation require.
