§ 56-312. Violations rendering structures unfit for human occupancy.

  • Any one or more violations of the minimum standards specified in article II, division 3, subdivision V, of this article shall always be deemed to be a condition which may endanger or materially impair the health, safety or well-being of an occupant. In addition, any other violations of article II, division 3, subdivisions I through VIII, of this article may be considered as conditions which may endanger or materially impair the health, safety or well-being of an occupant.
