§ 56-312. Violations rendering structures unfit for human occupancy.
Latest version.
Any one or more violations of the minimum standards specified in article II, division
3, subdivision V, of this article shall always be deemed to be a condition which may
endanger or materially impair the health, safety or well-being of an occupant. In
addition, any other violations of article II, division 3, subdivisions I through VIII,
of this article may be considered as conditions which may endanger or materially impair
the health, safety or well-being of an occupant.
