§ 50-343. False alarm user awareness class.

The alarm administrator shall oversee the creation and implementation of a false alarm user awareness class. The class shall inform alarm users of the problems created by false alarm dispatches and teach alarm users how to operate their alarm systems without generating false alarm dispatches. The alarm administrator may require that alarm users must attend a false alarm user awareness class after reaching two false alarm dispatches in a calendar year. The alarm administrator shall set the class enrollment fee.
