§ 50-331. Purpose.

(a)

The purpose of this article is to encourage alarm users and alarm businesses to maintain the operational reliability and properly use alarm systems and to reduce or eliminate false alarm dispatch requests.

(b)

This article governs systems intended to summon police response, requires permits, establishes fees, provides for fees for violations, establishes a system of administration, and sets conditions for suspension or loss of permits.
