§ 50-236. Providing minor false proof of identity or age.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to give, lend, sell or otherwise provide any person under the age of 21 any false or falsified identification, or the identification of another person, for the purpose of establishing the age of such person as 21 years of age or older.

    (b)

    Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be fined in a sum of not less than $100.00 and not more than $500.00, or punished by a sentence of imprisonment at the municipal correctional institution for not less than 30 days and not more than six months, or punished by both such fine and sentence.
