§ 50-200. Security entrances to multifamily dwellings.

Every security door, gate or other security entrance barrier, designed to be kept locked for the protection of the persons or property of occupants of any multifamily dwelling, shall be kept locked, and it shall have a fastening device affording an easy, obvious method of release from the inside, even in the dark, such as a knob, handle or panic bar. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly prop open or leave unlocked any such security entrance.
