§ 50-195. Roller skating, skateboarding and use of similar devices on public right-of-way in C-3 district.

It shall be unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding on or by means of a skateboard, coaster or similar device to go upon any boulevard, parkway, street, sidewalk or other public vehicular or pedestrian right-of-way within any district zoned C-3 (intermediate business).
