§ 50-302. Duty of agents managing real estate to disclose name of principal.

Every agent or other person having the charge, control or management or who collects or who receives the rents of any lands, premises or other property in the city shall disclose the name of the owner of such land, premises or property or the name of the person for whom such agent or other person is acting, upon application being made therefor by an inspector, agent or officer of the health department or by the commissioner of buildings and inspections.
