§ 50-294. Complaints.

Any person who claims to have been injured by an unlawful business practice or who believes that he will be injured by an unlawful business practice that is about to occur (referred to in this article as the "complainant") may file a complaint with the supervisor. The city counselor may also initiate complaints.
