§ 50-101. Loitering or trespassing on school property.

  • Except as provided in this section, it shall be an ordinance violation for any person to enter upon or into any school building or school grounds of any public, private or parochial school. This prohibition shall not apply to students admitted to instruction in such schools or to other activities connected therewith; to teachers or supervisors thereof; to employees and lawful representatives of the school district, or of institutions operating or maintaining private or parochial schools; or to any member of the public lawfully upon such school property.
