§ 50-7. Fraudulently obtaining license or permit.

  • Any person who shall willfully and fraudulently, by means of any false representation, or by the use of any false or fictitious name or address, or by the use of any other deceptive means, obtain or induce, procure or aid in procuring the issuance of any license or permit authorized to be issued by the city, or who shall knowingly and wilfully use any such license or permit so obtained, without the payment of any tax, assessment or license fee required by any ordinance of the city to be paid as a condition to the issuance of such license or permit, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
