§ 4-69. Payment of percentage of appraised value.

After the legal nonconforming business advertising sign has been removed or corrected, the owner shall notify the director of finance. The director of finance shall render payment of the percentage of the appraised value as set forth in the establishing ordinance after receiving verification from the director of codes administration that the legal nonconforming business advertising sign has been removed or corrected.
