§ 4-62. Creation of district—Generally.
Latest version.
Whenever the city council deems it necessary to remove legal nonconforming business advertising signs which cause a blighting effect within a particular area of the city, it shall cause an ordinance to be passed defining the boundaries of the district and method and source of compensation.
