§ 4-5. Obscene advertisements.

No person shall stick, post or put up on any street, wall, fence, bridge, billboard or other public place, any obscene advertisement, bill, poster, circular or notice, or cause such acts to be done; nor shall any person leave or place, or cause to be left or placed, any such advertisement, bill, poster, circular or notice, in or upon any house, building, yard or premises; nor shall any person give or cause to be given to anyone any such advertisement, bill, poster, circular or notice.
