§ 4-3. Posting advertisements without permission.

  • No person shall stick, paint, brand, stamp or put up, or cause to be stuck, painted, branded, stamped or put up, upon any house, wall, fence, walk or other place, any printed, written, painted or other advertisement, bill, notice, sign or poster without first having obtained the written permission of the owner of such house, wall, fence, walk or other place.
