§ 4-2. Advertisements in parks.

No person shall erect any signboard or post or display any permanent or unattended placard or advertisement of any kind upon or along any boulevard, street, parkway, park road or elsewhere in any park or other public grounds under the control and management of the board of parks and recreation commissioners.
