§ 48-61. Violations.

  • It is a violation of this chapter for the owner or occupant of any building, structure, lot, tract or parcel of land to cause or permit any nuisance to be created or remain on any such premises.

Ord. No. 070795, § 1, adopted August 2, 2007, amended the Code by repealing former § 48-61, and adding a new § 48-61. Former § 48-61 pertained to a prohibition on permitting, causing or maintaining a nuisance, and derived from Ord. No. 971346, adopted October 2, 1997.
