§ 46-39. Penalty for violation of chapter.

(a)

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished for that violation by a fine of not less than $50.00 but not more than $1,000.00, or by imprisonment of not more than 180 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(b)

Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
