§ 43-3. Applicability of other regulations; conflicting provisions.

(a)

The permit provided for in section 43-4 is subject to the general provisions of this chapter and of chapter 40 of this Code. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and other parts of this Code, the provisions of this chapter shall control.

(b)

The permit and fees required by this chapter shall be in addition to any other licenses and fees required by this Code.

(c)

The permit fees required by this chapter are to defray the costs of investigating and processing the applications for the permits and any enforcement efforts required by the chapter.
