Ord. No. 060056, § 1, adopted January 19, 2006, amended the Code by repealing former §§ 40-356—40-358 in their entirety. Former § 40-356 pertained to manner of sales from vehicles. Former § 40-357 pertained to sales near schools. Former § 40-358 pertained to presence of minors on vending vehicles. The former sections derived from the Code of Gen.
