§ 40-342. Same—License.

(a)

Occupational license and permit required. It shall be unlawful to engage in the tow service business without first procuring a permit from the director of finance, pursuant to chapter 76, article III, for each vehicle engaged in such service, and an occupational license from the director of finance.

(b)

License fee. The occupational license fee shall be $25.00 per year for each vehicle used in the tow service business. The license shall be renewed annually.
