§ 40-293. Collection of license fee by counties.

The license fee provided for in section 40-292 shall be paid annually and included as an annual charge on bills issued for personal property taxes, by the county collector. The county collector may collect delinquent receipts of such motor vehicle license fees, and penalties thereon, in the same manner and form as provided by law for the collection of delinquent ad valorem property taxes.
