§ 40-291. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Motor vehicle means any self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively upon rails or tracks, except traction engines, fire engines, fire wagons, police motors, police wagons or police ambulances.
