§ 40-69. Amusement show.

(a)

Where the general admission fee charged for adults, exclusive of reserved seats, is more than $0.25:

(1)

For the first day ..... $300.00

(2)

Per day for each day thereafter ..... 200.00

(b)

Where the general admission fee charged for adults, exclusive of reserved seats, is $0.25 or less, per day ..... 150.00
