§ 40-165. License fee where no fee specified.

Except as otherwise provided in this Code and except where contrary to state or federal law, all businesses, occupations, pursuits, professions and trades doing business within the city shall hereby procure a license and pay a license fee computed upon the annual gross receipts as determined in section 40-63.
