§ 40-143. Races, motor-propelled vehicles.

For each day thereafter ..... 12.50

(c)

Any person who shall conduct or operate any automobile race, hot rod race, midget auto race, motorcycle race or other motor-propelled vehicle race shall be subject to the provisions of this section.
