§ 40-121. Merchant, transient.

  • (a)

    A transient merchant is one who opens a place of business for the purpose of temporarily selling goods, wares and merchandise.

    (b)

    All transient merchants shall procure a license and pay a license fee computed pursuant to the schedule provided in section 40-63.
