§ 40-115. Landscaping contractor.

(a)

The license fee required in this section shall be based upon the gross annual business done and performed by any such contractor within the corporate limits of the city and shall be computed pursuant to the provisions of sections 40-7, 40-8, 40-9 and 40-10.

(b)

For the purposes of this section, a contractor, in computing his annual gross business, may delete therefrom payments made to his subcontractors where the subcontractors have paid a license fee to the city on their annual gross business.
