§ 40-113. Investment company, securities dealer or securities broker.
(a)
Receiving gross annual business of $250,000.00 or less ..... $ 200.00
(b)
More than $250,001.00 and not more than $500,000.00, per year ..... 400.00
(c)
More than $500,001.00 and not more than $1,000,000.00, per year ..... 600.00
(d)
More than $1,000,001.00 and not more than $2,000,000.00, per year ..... 800.00
(e)
More than $2,000,001.00 and not more than $3,000,000.00, per year ..... 1,000.00
(f)
More than $3,000,001.00 and not more than $4,000,000.00, per year ..... 1,250.00
(g)
More than $4,000,001.00 and not more than $5,250,000.00, per year ..... 1,500.00
(h)
More than $5,250,001.00 and not more than $7,500,000.00, per year ..... 1,750.00
(i)
More than $7,500,001.00 and not more than $10,000,000.00, per year ..... 2,000.00
(j)
More than $10,000,001.00 and not more than $12,500,000.00, per year ..... 2,250.00
(k)
More than $12,500,001.00, per year ..... 2,500.00
(l)
This section shall not apply to other agents or agencies, or to brokers handling products other than securities. Fees to be included in arriving at the annual gross business on which the license shall be computed will include gross income on the sale of securities, plus all commissions, fees or other compensation received as a result of the sales of securities for other companies or individuals.
