§ 40-109. Heavy construction equipment distributor.

(a)

For purposes of this section, the term "heavy construction equipment distributor" shall mean and include every individual, firm, copartnership and corporation which shall engage in the business of distributing production capital equipment in the heavy construction industry.

(b)

The licensee fee required in this section shall be based upon the gross annual business done within the meaning of section 40-62, including commissions. All license fees shall be as follows:

(1)

Gross annual business of less than $50,000.00, per year ..... $   45.00

(2)

Gross annual business of $50,000.00 and not more than $100,000.00, per year ..... 90.00

(3)

Gross annual business of $100,000.00 and not more than $200,000.00, per year ..... 180.00

(4)

Gross annual business of $200,000.00 and not more than $300,000.00, per year ..... 270.00

(5)

Gross annual business of $300,000.00 and not more than $500,000.00, per year ..... 450.00

(6)

Gross annual business of $500,000.00 and not more than $750,000.00, per year ..... 675.00

(7)

Gross annual business of $750,000.00 and not more than $1,000,000.00, per year ..... 900.00

(8)

Gross annual business of $1,000,000.00 and not more than $1,500,000.00, per year ..... 1,275.00

(9)

Gross annual business of $1,500,000.00 and not more than $2,000,000.00, per year ..... 1,750.00

(10)

Gross annual business of $2,000,000.00 and not more than $3,000,000.00, per year ..... 2,250.00

Gross annual business of more than $3,000,000.00, per year ..... 2,500.00
