Having not more than one resident engineer and not more than one draftsman or partner, per year ..... $ 50.00

Having one resident engineer and not more than three associates, either draftsmen, partners, members of the firm or employed engineers, per year ..... 75.00

(c)

Having one resident engineer and not more than six associates, either draftsmen, partners, members of the firm or employed engineers, per year ..... 125.00

(d)

Having more than one resident engineer and six such associates, per year ..... 150.00
