§ 40-2. Compliance with zoning regulations.

(a)

The commissioner of revenue shall issue all licenses subject to the licensee's compliance with all zoning requirements.

(b)

The commissioner of revenue shall have the power to revoke any license for failure to comply with the zoning requirements, and, upon application, may refund the unused portion of the annual license fee paid for such revoked license.
