§ 40-18. Duplicate licenses.

Duplicate licenses may be issued by the commissioner of revenue to replace any license previously issued which may have been lost or destroyed, upon the applicant therefor filing a certification attesting to such fact, and at the time of filing such certification paying to the commissioner of revenue a fee of $1.00 therefor.
