§ 34-518. Violations.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this article or to knowingly permit, cause, suffer or allow any person to violate the provisions of this article.

    (b)

    Each day (24-hour period) on which any hazardous substance, as defined in this article, shall remain on any site after the duty of the owner thereof arises to remove or abate such conditions, shall constitute a separate offense, for which the owner thereof may be arrested, tried, convicted and punished separately, without necessity of further notice.
