§ 34-230. Disinterment permit.

No overseer, sexton or other person having control of a cemetery or burial ground shall permit any person to disinter the body of a deceased person for reinterment in the same cemetery or burial ground or for conveyance to another location unless such person first obtains from the director of health a disinterment permit.
