§ 34-182. Authority to prescribe additional rules and regulations.

The director of health is hereby authorized to formulate rules and regulations pertaining to rat control. Such rules and regulations shall be filed with the director of records, and, when approved as filed or as modified by the city council, shall be in effect as part of this article. Such rules may be modified or superseded by other rules and regulations filed by the director of health and approved or modified by the city council from time to time.
