§ 34-150. Watchman; warning signs.
During the entire time fumigation is in process, at least one capable, alert watchman shall remain on duty at the building at all times and for a period of not less than three hours after such building has been opened for ventilation, and for an additional period if danger exists. Before commencing any fumigation, the fumigator shall cause to be posted at all entrances to the building suitable warning signs printed or painted in red on white background in letters not less than four inches in height, such signs giving notice that deadly gases are being used in the fumigation of such building. Such signs must be lighted so as to be visible during the nighttime.
