§ 34-147. Notice of proposed fumigation.

It shall be the duty of every fumigator to deliver notice in writing of proposed fumigation to the commissioner of public health engineering of the department of health 24 hours prior to the commencement of any fumigation. Such notice shall state the location of the premises and part thereof to be fumigated and describe the type of building and the type of gas to be used in such fumigation and the name of the fumigant operator to be actively in charge thereof. It shall also state the day and the hour when such fumigation will commence.
