§ 34-141. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Fumigant means the lethal gas used in fumigation.

Fumigant operator means any person who personally performs the acts involved in fumigation.

Fumigant operator apprentice means a person who works under the direct supervision of a fumigant operator.

Fumigation means any process or procedure used for the purpose of destroying or controlling bacteria, vermin, rodents, insects, fungi or similar pests which depends upon and involves the liberation, generation or production of any gas, fumes or vapor or combination of gases, fumes or vapor which when used in such process are lethal.

Fumigator means any person in general control of any fumigation.
