§ 34-9. Duty of sanitary inspectors as to vacant property.

It shall be the duty of the sanitary inspectors to view and inspect all vacant property within the corporate limits, and when, from such inspection and viewing, or from information obtained from any source, such officer shall have knowledge that there is on any such property any rubbish, filth or water pools or ponds, he shall without delay enforce the provisions of section 34-7.
