§ 34-16. Sale of impure ice.
(a)
Prohibited. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any ice which is impure or unwholesome or otherwise dangerous to health. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any such ice after having been notified by the director of health or any officer or agent of the health department not to do so.
(b)
Enforcement. All officers and employees of the health department and all officers whose duty it is to inspect food, drink or premises shall have power to prevent the sale and use of all ice containing impurities.
