§ 32-8. Installation of gauges for purpose of testing gas pressure.

  • The director may place and maintain a recording pressure gauge at any place on the lines of every gas company manufacturing, distributing or selling gas in the city, for the purpose of checking the pressure at all hours of the day or night. The gas meter inspector shall, whenever there shall be complaint of inadequate gas pressure at any point in the city, attach a portable recording pressure gauge at such point, and take a record of the pressure at such point for a period of at least 24 hours.
