§ 32-4. Records and reports of inspector.
The inspector shall keep records in his office in which he shall record the number of each meter tested by him, and the date when and the person for whom it was tested; of the dates and results of all calorimeter tests made by him of the heat content of gas being supplied within the city; and of all other data received or compiled by him in the performance of his duties, which records shall be, at all times, open to public inspection. He shall make annual reports to the director of public works of the number of meters tested by him, of the results of calorimeter tests, and of such other pertinent matters as the director may request.
