§ 30-158. Approval of plans for new or reconstructed plants.

All frozen dairy products and mix manufacturing plants from which mix or frozen dairy products are supplied to the city, which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed or extensively altered, shall conform in their construction to the requirements of this article. Properly prepared plans for all frozen dairy products or mix manufacturing plants which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed or extensively altered shall be submitted for approval before work is begun.
