§ 30-157. Sale of products from points beyond limits of routine inspection by city.

Mix and frozen dairy products from points outside the limits of routine inspection of the city may not be sold in the city or its police jurisdiction unless controlled under provisions equivalent to the requirements of this article, provided that the health officer shall satisfy himself that the health officer having jurisdiction over the manufacture thereof is properly enforcing such provisions.
